Project timelines depend on project scope and client cooperation. Delays in receiving content or

6. Payments
VC Design currently does not process online payments through the website. Payment
arrangements will be communicated directly with clients.
7. Intellectual Property
Final project ownership may transfer to the client upon full payment unless otherwise agreed. VC
Design may display completed work in its portfolio unless confidentiality is requested.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
Work already completed may not qualify for refunds. Cancellation terms may depend on project
